Operations Manager
Steve Hackman Productions (SHP) is seeking a highly organized, focused and efficient Operations Manager , responsible for the operational and production elements of the company. This position acts as the leader of the SHP operational team, which includes the SHP Technical Director and the SHP Assistant/Artist Liaison. The Operations Manager will act as a vital link between SHP and presenting orchestras/partners, as well as a crucial communication link with management and agents.
When performing SYMPHONYFUSE productions on tour with existing symphony orchestras, this individual will advance the production with the presenter, communicating all technical details in accordance with SHP riders and show contracts. When self-producing SHP concerts (whether SYMPHONYFUSE or otherwise), this individual will be responsible for all production aspects. The Operations Manager will be expected to be present at many SHP productions, and will ensure the Assistant/Artist Liaison is fully trained and prepared to be the on-site representative of SHP. Another important area of responsibility is the management of touring artistic personnel, with the support of SHP Assistant/Artist Liaison, ensuring that soloists and Steve Hackman have all the information and support they need to deliver a high-quality performance. In addition to the large-scale SYPHONYFUSE concerts (whether presented or self-presented), other SHP projects include recording sessions, private concerts, festivals, workshops and partnerships with other artistic entities, etc. For all of these projects, the Operations Manager, together with the operations team, will be responsible for all production and operational elements.

Consumer Marketing Manager
This new position within SHP is responsible for building and growing the relationship between Steve Hackman and his current and future audiences, whether those be online or in-person, and whether driven via his recorded music, live performances, or through social media. Today’s audiences have multiple touch points with artists; the Consumer Marketing Manager sits at the center of strategy, ideation and implementation for campaigns, messaging and relationship-building across all those multiple touch points.
Key focus areas of this position are: digital marketing; audience retention and acquisition; content creation and strategic deployment; and brand strategy and implementation. Together with the Executive Producer of SHP, this position will also examine new revenue sources and other creative opportunities sitting at the intersection of audience experience and technology.
